A Legacy Forged in Craftsmanship and Trust

Established in 1946, Bhati & Company stands as a testament to precision, heritage, and responsibility in the field of arms and ammunition.

What began as the skilled craftsmanship of Kalu Singh Bhati, a highly respected gunsmith of his time, soon gained recognition far beyond local boundaries. Known for his mastery and attention to detail, he became a name trusted by distinguished individuals and international entities alike. Representatives from renowned British manufacturers such as Webley & Scott would personally visit to witness and engage with his work—an acknowledgment of excellence rarely achieved.

His reputation extended across India and beyond. Notably, celebrated shooter Maharaja Karni Singh entrusted Kalu Singh Bhati with the maintenance and repair of his firearms—reflecting a level of trust reserved only for the most skilled hands.

Carrying this legacy forward, Vijay Singh Bhati began his journey at the age of 25, transforming inherited craftsmanship into an expanding enterprise. By 1960, Bhati & Company had reached a remarkable milestone—exporting firearms and antique weapon components internationally, including to the United States, and collaborating with some of the most prestigious global names such as Westley Richards and Webley & Scott.

Today, Bhati & Company continues to operate from Jodhpur with the same principles it was built upon—precision, discretion, and unwavering adherence to legal standards. Every interaction reflects decades of expertise, and every process is conducted with a deep respect for responsibility and regulation.

This is not merely a business.
It is a legacy—refined over generations.
